Refund and Return Policy

Athletics for Kids is a non-profit society. Any funds received by Athletics for Kids through its website, www.a4k.ca, are deemed a donation or in special circumstances, an entry into a raffle. Donations and raffle and other contest entries are non-refundable.

However, if through the fault of Athletics for Kids, an official raffle entry was not made in time for the grand prize draw on your behalf following receipt of payment a refund will be issued.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our legal representatives. If a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage is made we will report this to the credit card services which may result in cancellation of your card services, placement of negative information on your credit report, and the possibility of criminal charges. In these circumstances A4K will pursue all appropriate legal remedies to recover resulting damages.
